O seal is new, where the fuel filter is on housing the seam looks a bit weird I thought I would clean this up and try and seal it , but not sure what to use? Some one needs to remake this part as seems like a common problem. It was only leaking when under pressure!

Maybe fibre glass.
Araldite would work.
Or cleqn it all out. Strip it down and plastic weld it

Is the o ring seated properly though? Dont look over it just incase.

To be honest I had the pump in and out more times than I can Remember and what side of pump did the green seal go? But in the end the fuel was coming down the side of the filter. I also made sure that the banjos were all done up nice and tight. It's really hard to see what's going on when your stuck under a car!

Ok car is going now. To find leak in fuel pump housing I put a bit of water in it then sealed up to of the holes in it then just blew into third hole, little bubbles came out of a crack at the top near the two fuel holes which was impossible to see. Then I sealed up the area with JB weld. Just got to get it running properly but that's another thread.
Thanks for all the advice it was really helpful.
