Vehicle health check video from dealer

So today I took my car in to get a rattle sorted behind the dash. Whilst my car was there, they did the normal health check to sell me stuff. This time however I got emailed a video with a technician walking around my car explaining what he found.

PS- I knew I needed tyres which are booked it tomorrow for some Eagle F1 asymmetric 3 but I didn't know about the state of the inside walls

I also got one of those video's a couple of months ago from my dealer.A few to many launches me thinks looking at those tyres,out of interest how many miles you done pal.

Blimey, wonder how they split like that? Makes it worthwhile removing the wheels for cleaning so damage and wear can be spotted. I like the video, nice to see the underside.

The tyres were rotated about 2 months back, but spend 18k on the front. Now on 20k. I think the video is great, like you said it's nice to see the underside.... It's also nice to see how shiny my car looks on film lol

Very, very shiny! I know Lapiz is quite common on Rs but there is a good reason for it, clearly demonstrated by the video and the pictures you post. Absolutely stunning

What was the outcome with the dash rattle please? I have a terrible one in my Lapiz Blue R, coming from the driver's side at the bottom of the windscreen, definitely not soundactuator. It's driving me crazy. What was your rattle and did the dealer fix it ? how old is your R, do dealers look at rattles after 6 months old?
