Had Smith Knight Fay Oldham phone me yesterday to discuss the online survey i did for them-despite the fact i said not to be contacted. I basically said that the product is excellent and the service appalling-could never get hold of salesman, handover was rushed and with no care or effort and the full tank of petrol, which i specifically asked for, was not there.
The bloke was decent and made all the right noises, but no sign of the tank of fuel! Said next time I popped in he would try to do something for me, but my intention is to get it serviced elsewhere.
