Hi, I have a 1996 Avantgarde Convertible and it turns out the headlights are the European type (point in the wrong direction. So I now have to get some UK ones. I've seen loads on eBay etc from the basic looking ones to snazzy Xeon ones. I'm a bit of a purist and want to keep the car as original as poss.
Does anyone know which type came with these originally from the factory? Or was there a changeover at any point?
The ones I have seen seem to have a few different types of connectors.
PS Sorry is question is daft, I'm new to VWs.
