My situation in cold, hard cash:

R: 5dr, DSG, Lapiz, Pano roof, Keyless, Discover Nav, Nappa leather, DCC (£38,220) - been offered £34,400 (10%) for BW 25 car

P/x GTI: 14 plate, 5dr, Man, PP, Pano roof, keyless, discover nav, 6500miles - been offered £21,000 for a July handover

Total cost to change is £13,400

£22,700 for my GTI if I give it up today.

What do you think?

That's a heavy spec R pushing up the price a lot.  I got about 10% also for my R BW 11. Also part ex a GTI PP.

Got 12% discount (DTD) on BW28 (unconfirmed) car.

12% Discount off the R (orange wheels) and £2000 positive equity from my part ex :)
