Rns 510 map / firmware update guide

Evening guys,

Is there a guide somewhere to show us how to update to latest maps and software on the rns 510?
Also how do you know if your maps and firmware are out of date? I know you can find this info out by holding down the setup button it don't know what versions are latest etc

What are the A/B/C units the guide talks about? Would the firmware update also update the maps or is that separate?

Some more info HERE about firmware.

A/B/C are the different revisions of the RNS510

The maps and the firmware are seperate, the new maps can be obtained but not legally.  :wink:
