my octavia with the same engine is about to tick over 150,000 miles.. remapped for about the last 60k and still on the original clutch, returns 40mpg @ 70mph on the motorway. none of the problems you listed would pose a massive challenge.. although the evap fault code is usually a knackered solenoid (unless the cannister is visibly broken.. like mine!) and faulty window switches if not diagnosed fully can end up being wiring or ccm problems.

..although this post is a few days old now so chances are if you didn't buy it yet they've chucked it in to auction by now
