How to remove wing mirror covers..?

Hi there

Has anyone removed their mirror covers who can give a good guide..??

they are held on with two clips, you can remove without taking the glass out, if you adjust the mirror down so it is pointing towards the ground you can see over the top of the mirror, you need to press down the clips with a very small flat head screw driver (i used some tape on mine to protect), a torch comes in handy
