Difficult Job?
« on: 04 November 2014, 22:07 »
Hi got a mk5 GTTDI. Want to change my front seats.
Found this set which I really like. Want to know if it's possible and if it would be a hard job to get them to fit?
I want to seat to still have the full adjustment eg up and down forward and backwards.

Thanks Liam

Nope it wouldn't be a good idea to fit those...I'm not quite sure but they look a bit like the seats out of a F16! if it's a MK5 and you did say you had a cloth interior try hold out for full leather from a GT or part leather from an ED30. You'll keep it more original....
Audi S1 gone, awaiting 1.5tsi r-line, pan roof, led lights front and rear, active dash, 18" jurva alloys and a dealer fitted Oettinger roof spoiler in tornado red.

The original seats are horrible and painful unless you are pikey sized.  Good call fitting lardy Audi armchairs.
