Possible speed sensor malfunction (video)

Not quite sure what the problem is but I'm thinking maybe the speed sensor is playing up

It stops if I put it gear and leave the clutch down, and it's also fine while driving. Only happens when I'm in neutral

Anybody else know what might cause this?
