boot popper
« on: 25 September 2014, 14:38 »
Before I get shot down I have spent the last 3 hours reading every post across multiple forums that I can find and still can't find a solid answer/guide.

I am looking to have a smooth boot fully open when a button in cabin is pressed or when 3rd button on fob is pressed.

I know I will need a bora ccm and to code in key etc. but no idea about firstly which solenoid to use? Most say fuel cap one but then others say its not powerful enough to push it open against the pressure of sprung latch/bumpstop and sprung shocks?

Also no idea about the wiring. still after seeing multiple diagrams
