Mk2 golf headlining can I get a new one?

Don't think you can buy them new and good second hand ones are hard to get and usually not cheap. Very brittle too, not something that could be couriered either.

I have found a post on here which is very helpful.
Some material from eBay 15quid and retrimmed yourself about 3hr job.
So I'm going to give it a go cheers

I done my headlining over a year ago using that guide and it's still perfect. Done it by myself so two people aren't necessary either. Good luck.

Done many with that material but its just not politically correct  :nerd:

Someone needs to find the matching material and fast. Looks like almost every liner is sagging now. Glue's finally had it   :evil:

The original is very think though. I'm not sure you could clean the headlining well enough without breaking it. Would crumble to pieces or would stick the new material back down with creases and bumps everywhere.
