I think this is the one but I have had bad experiences with these things I put one on my s3 and it kept going into limp mode changed out for the E revision and have never been happier

1999 1.8t AGU, KO3s, forge 007p, silicone tip and charge pipe, oil catch can, SS turbo back system, pipercross CAI, g60/vr6 clutch, 40mm apex springs, drilled and grooved discs, stage 2 remap.

Cheers mate, ah really? I really don't know what valve to use, did the e valve make a difference in power?

Only way to see a real increase is a remap. The different valves do all have different characteristics and may see a slight increase but any real gains are gained in the mapping.

Whatever came as standard tbh dude. At the end of the day it's your choice and money some people have seen positive effects from the J some have made things much worse.

C, F and now the E are the standard valves for the 1.8T in the Golf, they've just changed letter due to revisions
