its very easy, especially on the 150 bhp model, its located at he back of the engine at the top, other side to the air intake, remove the boost hose and 3 allen key bolts hold the EGR to the engine, 2 bolts also hold the small metal pipe that comes off the bottom of the EGR valve, buy the allard delete kit and putting it back together is easy
30 min job, the boost pipe u took from the EGR, the metal end that once fitted inside the EGR needs to be cut off as close to the metal ring as possible.... hope that helps
