I'm currently waiting on a 2010 VW Golf GTD in Carbon Grey coming in to a local company that work with us off lease.

Whilst waiting I seen a reg I liked on Ebay. I've bought it and recieved the plates and the documents for it.
What I'm wanting to know is that the docs still have the original grantee. I want to know how I can get that changed? I've also found out and wasn't made aware that the retention document was up at the end of last month.
Now the person I bought it from is willing to pay any more fees that I will occur and insit the sale is 100%. Now I'm wondering if anyone's ever come across this problem before and is it straight forward or is it a pain in the rear?
