Safe jacking points on the Mk6?

Hi Chaps,

When I pick my GTI up on Fri, I want to have all the wheels off (one at a time) for some serious cleaning.

Id prefer to use my trolly jack instead of the jack from the car. Where are the safe jacking points on the Mk6? (pics would be helpful please).

With a trolley jack, jack it on the sills where it says in the manual and highlighted by the indented arrows on the sills themselves. You'll find it helpful to have something similar to this to avoid damage to the pressed seam with a flat jack pad:

Thats is an amazing bit of kit! I use a piece of wood with a slot cut in but could do with one of these
