ive been after a spoiler for ages but been offered a boot with the spoiler attached is it simple to change boots over or how do I remove the spoiler off the boot ?

Depends a lot of the time people snap spoilers trying to remove them so be extra careful... Usually glued on but also check inside boot lid for 2 10mm nuts also holding some on

Boot swap over is easy mate. Essentially all you do is drop the headlining at the back of the car undo the two bolts and disconnect the wiring and it's off.
There's a guide kicking around some were though, but it's one of the first things I did to mine.

the bloke aint got back to me about the price as yet but ill have a nose around and see if there are any vids ect about doing it

I wouldn't try and remove the spoiler, I'd put money on it breaking. Swapping boots is easy enough, I posted a link yesterday in another topic about it.
Scan through the last couple of pages and take a look.
