Hi guys. Normally on mk2 forum but I thought I'd put it on here aswell. Will also put a build thread up in a minute.
Basically I have a mk2 gti 8v k jet. When I got her she wouldn't idle at all.
Since I have had her she has had full engine rebuild with new gaskets and ignition system.
The engine is back in, all timed up but when I start her it's still the same. She will start and I can rev her and keep her at about 600 ram then if I take my foot of she either dies right down and cuts out or idles like a bag of cap and really lumpy for a couple of seconds then cut out.
Maybe a fuel problem but I just don't know. I'm use to mk3 and mk4 not mk2 with mechanical injection aha.
Any answers would be much appreciated
