Mine have spacers front and rear, were on the car when I bought it, I reckon 15 front 20 rears and they just sit without bolts between the wheel, I've had no issues as such, I have noticed the car pulls more to the left and the tyre pressure is correct, although I haven't done laser alignment yet I can only assume it's the camber of the road. Would it be fair to say it may pull to the camber more because it's so low?

Sounds like you have bolt through spacers, not a problem as long as you run the correct length bolts and have them torqued up properly. I have 15mm alloy FK bolt on spacers on the back of mine and have never had any trouble
