Hi all
Had a Mk4 Golf 1.6 in 2011 but traded it in after about 9 months for an Abarth Punto Evo. Recently moved out so had to sell the Abarth for a cheaper car and ended up with a Hyundai Coupe, which got boring fairly quick.
So now I'm back in a Mk4 Golf again - collected on Saturday from a friend who's had the car years. It's a 1999 GTI 1.8t 150hp in Futura Yellow (love it or hate it, bit like marmite) and absolutely loving it. Needs a few little TLC bits doing but it's been very well looked after and I love being back in a Golf!
Hopefully going to be doing a few bits to it (wheels, suspension, possible engine tune) so hope I can pick up some tips from the forum
