iPod controls on steering wheel

Hi
I've had my mark7 since Wednesday. I've been trying to work out if I can control my iPod with the steering wheel.  I can forward to the next song etc but I want to search for an artist or album etc. is this possible or do I have to use the console on the dash?  When you are driving it's quite hard to do this as your hand moves around with the bumps in the road etc and obviously you are taking your eyes off the road.

Nope, you can only search albums on the head unit unfortunately.


Top tip!! Once you've pressed the selection button on the touch screen use the right hand knob to scroll and select.
