I got my dog guard from these guys http://www.travall.co.uk/dog-guards-t363 , custom fit for the mk7 and it's absolutely fantastic. I fit 2 20kg staffies in the boot of my GTI, and they have plenty of room to both lie down, stand and jump over eachother in excitement as we draw near the park...

Why not take the dog along to your local dealership for a test drive. I'm sure the dealership will be chuffed!

I always take the dog for a test drive, none of the dealers have ever complained, Even when I took 2 labs in.
Mind you it was a guide dog and a retired Guidedog.

I had also looked at the TRavall guards, when they are fitted and you don't have the dog in can you still have the parcel shelf in place?
