Water leaking in through the door seals...

Driving down to Glasgow the other weekend with the ED35, it started to rain quite heavy and all of a sudden water started to drip down through the doors seals..  

Has anyone come across this one before...thinking about going back to the dealer and getting them to check or replace the seals....

Apart from that it was a great drive down, the ed35 did the business...

Was hoping it might be a one off due to a real bad down pour!! Trip to the stealers on Tuesday!

I had this problem,the rubber seals at the top/bottom of glass,on the drivers side,seem to lift/drop slightly,they just push back in and I haven't had any problems since

I've just discovered a leak on my Edition 35, it's the passenger door. I noticed water on the plastic trim under the door which goes between the door seal and the carpet. Water was trickling in along the seam of it. When I opened the door the whole seal was wet, and water was between the seal and the plastic trim all along the door sill. I pulled the plastic back and dried it – how have VW resolved this for other people? My car is still in warranty so I’ll be booking it in for them to look at
