Reversing camera blue screen
« on: 30 December 2013, 17:21 »
My rear view camera is now showing a blue screen. Parking sensors are working ok. Any advice or is it just knackered?

A lot of video receivers just go blue or some other colour when they lose input. That could mean faulty receiver, connections, or transmitter.

Start with the easiest: have you checked to make sure all of the connectors are securely mated? I would unplug and re-plug them to make sure.

Otherwise time to start testing either your camera on someone elses radio, or your radio with someone elses camera to narrow down the last two.

I seem to be having this issue to although mines turning pink. Mine used to turn pink, then would just suddenly start working properly again, but the last few weeks, it's just really pink.

Does that sound something like what you're experiencing?
