[RedGTD]

Hi All, my first post... I have been looking on this forum since placing my order at the start of August (GTD) and I was then given an estimated delivery date of 29/11 which was put back to 13/12... 27/12... and latest update 10/1. I was hoping that it may be comming as planned but I have not had any confirmation and have pretty much given up on expecting it this week. It is a company car and I don't have the option of tracking the vehicle and the communication from the provider has been very poor, something that I would not accept if I had ordered it as a private buyer. But I am still like a kid at Christmas waiting for the arrival but the only problem is I don't know when Santa will be arriving

I just asked them for the VW order number and I've tracked online since ordering.
Your dates are exactly as mine were, my cars now with the dealer and will be delivered to me next Tuesday. Have faith, call your leasing company and kick ass!!

Thank you both for the support... you are right, it does keep you sane and give's hope when you hear of other cars arriving. Did not know about being able to track my order (my last car was with Lex - fantastic comany, this company - not so) and you are right, the time has come to kick ass... no more Mr nice guy

I called the dealer this morning and he said that they were expecting the GTD in today / tonight. I have since had a call back from them this afternoon saying that the car had arrived and I have now have a confirmed delivery date of 9am Friday 17th Jan... so I make that only 180hrs to go

Got a call from my dealer today. Car will be delivered Monday morning and they will have it ready by lunch time. That's a fast turn around

Sounds like a rush job, just ensure the do the PDI properly.

Yeah seems to quick to PDI and clean, unless you have asked for it to be un prepared.

Ya I had told them not to clean it.

It arrived out of the blue today! The delivery was booked for Monday but I'm not complaining. They got it registered today and started the pdi. It will be ready for collection tomorrow. It was filthy so I asked them to give a wash down with the power hose.
