I've just checked too Dan, it now shows the same as yours. Don't know what's going on!

Spoke with VW today and they have confirmed that it is still confirmed build week 3 and the status of 'Your order has been confirmed for production. Please contact your retailer for further information' is just because the tracker is undergoing maintenance!

I love how reliable the online tracker is.....    Makes the lonnnnng wait more exciting 

Thanks goodness for this site as I got the same message (same build week) and thought that the dealer would have some bad news!

Its ridiculous, why they cant make the tracker online live direct from the factory, I do not know!!! So unreliable!

Granted the tracker is not the most reliable but I don't know of too many other manufacturers who even provide this service

Very true, but VW do provide the service, so at least make it reliable..

Their priority should be in making their cars more reliable not some silly online graphics

Mine has gone to build week confirmed ... check with dealer too. The dealer says build week 5 which is the same as the previous tracker status - 27/01/13 (if you ignore the 2013 thing)
