Hub adapters by H&R

Does anyone know where i can purchase some H&R 5 stud hub adapters from my MK2 and how are these fitted?
Is it easy or do i have to change alot of parts?

Also does anyone know what Audi these wheels are from and what size are these?

you bolt the hub adapter to the existing hub and then the wheel to the adapter. it means the wheels are pushed outwards by the depth of the adapter (about 2cm). they are easy to use but damn expensive like about 200 quid a set.

those wheels are from an Audi TT 225 and are called 'competition' by Audi. they are a popular mod on mk3 and mk4 golf's as they are a straight swap. they will be 7.5" by 17"
