not exctly new here but back in a golf
« on: 06 December 2013, 22:38 »
hi all after a breif time away from owning a golf (had an octavia and a v6 vectra in between) i have just bought myself a 1999 mk4 20vt which the previous owner claimed was running 237bhp and to be fair it seems like it is but i still have to confirm this by sticking it on some rollers. after 2 weeks of owning it i must say i a really pleased by everything from the way it handles to the power delivery.
it has its gremlins and niggles but it is a golf and they all have em
i dont have any pics right now but i shall get some in the morn and post them up
