If you look at the top right hand corner there is 'Quick Links' Under there are the options, 3rd one is 'New Topic' click that to start a new topic :)

Similar story here, and issues uploading pictures... Does that have anything to do with number of posts? Soo not good at this stuff!!   :embarrassed:

Use photobucket (or similar) and insert the link? Worked for me.
