I live in the UK and am the proud owner of a MK5 GTi but I would like to buy a shorter number plate, which is still legal, as my private plate will have 6 digits. I currently have a standard plate on my car which also has a mounting behind it, was wondering if there was anyway I could remove this? Needed advice before I removed it myself and damaged my car lol
