GTI - Glass Query

Hi All,
I've just boght an edition 30.  The car is currently in cornwall and is being transported up.  It currently has the vw ff option of privacy glass from the b post back.  This seemed to be a popular option.  However (personal thing I know), I want to remove the privacy glass and replace it with glass to match the rest of the car.  I have a quote from a recovery place for replacement glass.  However, it is from a mk 5 tdi.  So, turning to the question, is all mk 5 glass the same (unless privacy glass) (i.e. will glass from a tdi match the standard gti glass?).

The glass is the same shape for all the mk5 cars, 3door glass will fit all three door models and four door similarly.
The only proviso is that 05 and 06 cars may have blue coloured glass (I think it was confined to gtis and r32s). later cars had the same coloured glass as standard.
