New golf owner need help

Just bought a T reg 1.8t mk4 golf for cheap, still much better than my 206 gti which is going thank god.. so obviously needs a few things but 1 being is drivers side wing mirror glass
they are the blue coloured ones but i didnt know if they are heated or not? anyone know?
Also it has some audi looking 16" alloys but with horrific 195 - 45 tyres on them they really dont look great i was thinking what tyre size would be better? need to be abit bigger i guess or anyone got some 18"s for sale ?
Also need a glove box lid and when you lock the car the passenger side door card lock doesnt move dunno whats it called lol
But drivers side moves up and down
* also need a battery but dont know which one hard to tell on euros as there so many

if your needing heated mirrors then there will be two wires in the mirror to hook up the glass to.

tyres that's entirely dependant upon the wheels, the profile is a percentage so one wheel that's 17" may have a completely different profile size to another 17" wheel because its a different width.
