Returning parts to vw

Bought a few bits from vw but didn't end up needing them, can I just return these? The paper mentions v.o.r orders and m.s.o orders, what do theses mean?

i think the vor and mso are something to do with special orders if not in stock.Some items are non returnable depending on order type.

Dealers number should be on receipt so try to find one of these

Haynes do VOR meaning vehicle off road i.e urgent order and less discount.
