What i would do is take the bottle off. Hot water with some fairy liquid and shake the tits of it. Repeat till theres nothing there

I assume all your coolant was flushed and replaced? I would hope they cleaned out the system to ensure no oil contamination?

Yeah all flushed through several times with fresh water and coolant,  think ill have to buy a new expansion btl and see if that helps ?!
