iPhone connector
« on: 14 August 2013, 07:11 »
So the iPhone connector in my armrest suddenly decided to stop working a few days ago. It won't charge my phone and the phone won't connect to the radio.

Has anyone else had this problem? My car is still under warranty, but it seems like a silly little thing to take it back to the stealers for. Although it looks like I may have too

I'd take it back to stealers.

Mine still works but the outer plastic cable casing has split exposing the wires.  This is because you have to bend the cable to fit your iphone/iPod into the arm rest - stupid design!  I bought a genuine VW MDI cable off amazon so I have a spare for when it finally breaks.
