How can I track my order?

Good afternoon folks,

I've been given this web address to track my order; http://www.volkswagen.co.uk/owners/track-my-order
But it only brings up the normal VW website, with no option to track your order.

Does anyone have the correct web address, or is the problem that I'm try to access via my iPhone?

Must be an iphone issue - the link you provided works fine from my PC. There is a section to add in your order number then get a status.

Yeah this happened to me through my iphone as well. Better accessing it through a pc

Same on Android.  Maybe there is a "switch to desktop" button somewhere that can make it work.

Scroll to the bottom, select "desktop site", then go to the "owners" tab at the top you'll either get a drop down box with "track my order" at the bottom or it'll take you to another page which has the box to put your order number in.
