Got my solid engine mount today for my mk2 , and decided to fit it ... was a quick job, took about 45 mins in total ... quick job of undoing 3 bolts , jacking engine up , taking out cr4ppy engine mount , putting new on in , redoing new bolts ...
the results are surprising to say the least ... i did this because my engine was jumping on acceleration , decelleration ...
Now the mount is in place, everything seems very stable ... no jumping now and acceleration is as it should be i think , also .. the brakes seem to be biting better now ... all in all... happy for £45 from someone over at cgti.
