golf gt tdi 110 5 door seized turbo

Hi all i have ourchased my self my second golf, which is a 1.9 gt tdi 110bhp variant model. I bought it knowing the turbo being siezed, i trailered it home, and i want to know what replacement turbo i should put on. the car has covered 143k miles, which im not to sure if its average or good? it has service history and had a new starter motor, cambelt, waterpump etc, etc, i just want to know seen as the turbo has seized what  other damage would there be? or would it just be the turbo, theres no smoke when you start it, and i thought there would be white smoke seen as the turbo being siezed? / blown?

Basically:

What turbo should i put on?
what other damage would have been made?
what other things should i check for?
what things do i need to change as well as the turbo?
rough price for a replacement turbo? preferable want to buy a new one

What turbo should i put on? Try the turbo from the 130 - Not too much diffrence I imagine. 
what other damage would have been made? IC problems, oil leaking into it and then around the system
what other things should i check for? A lot, check the whole engine.
what things do i need to change as well as the turbo? New turbo means new oil pipe feed to the turbo and an oil change.
rough price for a replacement turbo? preferable want to buy a new one Egay one can be had for £400 for the unit roughly, a garage you're looking £750 easy I'd say.

Also, is the 110 a PD engine, if not then the 130 turbo won't be any good I don't think.

errm from my experiance all i know is its a GT tdi 110, where to look / how will i know if its a PD?

110 is non pd. the 130 turbo will fit but youll want to put all the 130 lower boost hoses on too
