i'd be careful as i think you cut into the actual impact from of the vehicle dont you? or is that my imagination?

Nope cutting the chassis legs is not liked by insurance companies for various reasons

I know all about it as I asked before it was done. Have to get a report done on the car before its back on the road this is just another thing to add to the list. But thanks for your input.
