I set off at 5.30
this morning for a meeting North of Inverness then left to come back down the road just after lunch. 380 miles in total, generally the weather was good, the road (A9) was relatively clear (just enough overtaking opportunities to keep it interesting
).
Arguably not the most productive day known to man but on the upside not many people get to go for a nice drive for a day at someone else's expense.
The GTI returned about 40mpg as well, or so it says, and it is still showing a range of 85 miles left in the tank.
. The average speed was good too
