As mentioned. Blue Temp sensor would be on my list regardless.

Hmm the lift pump in the tank might be struggling a bit but change the sensor first.
What's it like if you keep priming the pump before firing the engine? Is it better?

Oil in the inlet is from the breather. Don't worry about it.
