Brake discs ?

I've thinking about buying new brake discs for my car front and back but can anybody tell me what ones/sizes is need for front and back as I ain't got a clue
My car is mk4 golf 2.0 gti w reg hope this helps

The Front brakes are 280mm x 22mm Vented Discs
The Rear brakes are 232mm x 9mm Solid discs
