Afternoon Vw folk!

My golf is going through some TLC at the moment and the engine is out is there anything i should look at renewing whilst i have the chance?

Gearbox has had some TLC and is now ready to go back on (after having to replace some parts...  :sad:)

I have found alot of pipes which had cracks in them and one that was almost cut right through from the guy i had doing work before..

going to look at the N75 delete.

All engine bay etc all gonna get a clean, before the car gets its new bodykit and a spray ;) gonna look sweet!

Ditch the SAI pump and all the related crap :wink:

Take it you meant the N249 and N112 not the N75?

Are you modding the car?
I'd be doing uprated manifold
Turbo to K03s if it doesn't already have one
as many pipes to silicone as possible
Clean the engine (sounds daft but shows leaks better) you could always paint the engine if you were inclined to do so  :grin:

ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

yeh meant the N112 ha

yeh the cars been done to a stage on the performance with my ko4 and mostly silicone pipes.

was more thinkin like service like items.

SAI pump?
