Looking to buy a german engine, its from a LHD car, do you see any implications with fitting this to my RHD car? Any advise welcome!

Wiring loom shouldnt be a problem.. cos i can just add a few wires to mine..
The engine i am looking at doesnt have an ECU or loom this may cause problems.. but shall a further look into it.
Looking at a G60...
