Howdy all!!
New to the GTi forum, but have had dubs for many years. After several failed attempts at getting projects up and going I finally have something that I can really get stuck in to. I have recently acquired a MK3 Dragon Green GTi More door, '97 R plate with 99K on the clocks. It came to me with a misfire and a broken NSF spring. A set o plugs, new leads and dizzy cap have sorted the misfire and a new set of coil overs will deal with the spring issue.

I have started to recover the upper interior plastics as I really don't like the beige contrast against the black dash and cloth seats. I've used something a little different, Marvel Comic quilting fabric. I know this won't be to everyone's liking, but hey, it's not your motor!!
I'm picking up a Vento front end and a set of 16" BBS RXII wheels for it at the weekend and will post up some pics on the project threads as I start and get things rolling.
