get the whiteline RARB, about 174-180 and includes everything you need, then look at the TT front ARB with droplinks, i got some adjustables front the bay, everythings going on once i have the upper strut brace from the S3 and lower possibly with the rear upper strut brace, as well, undiced on that though, its really to stop all body movement on the vehicle and it apparantly goes as if on rails
