MK3 Golf gti 16v CLUTCH oh no lol....

Afternoon all,

Just nipped into town and back and noticed the clutch was stinking of bad eggs as they do when there trying to tell you something, Whats these like to change on a 16v and any special tools required or what to watch 4...

Have you changed a clutch yourself before,if you have it will be just like that  :whistle:

i have changed a escort rs turbos, fiesta turbos, mondeos, pugs, and saxos. I wont have a problem changing them just wondered if there are any special tools that Vag uses on the 16v abf

Easy peasy I can do one in just shy of 3 hours on my drive, and that's with T and smoke stops
The most specialist thing off top of my head was the m8 spline
