Typical cost for buffing?
« on: 10 January 2013, 18:11 »
Just a quick question about the price of buffing a Mk4. I know people will say it depends on what your having, what products there using etc etc. I just want a rough estimate as what to expect price wise. Thanking you :)
Golf Mk4 GTi Turbo, R32 front bumper, Lowered on ProSport Coilovers, Bora illuminated vents, Armrest, Heko wind deflectors, Aluminium vinyl trim.

Soon to be added, FMIC, 3" exhaust, Remap..oh and new turbo :(

Type detailing in "insert location here" into Google

You will probably find a website for a local company. They will probably have a rough price list there.
Classic Green Corrado VR6 Storm | Jetex Cat back | BMC CDA | VT mounts | Bilstein B12 | 288mm front brakes | Mk4 rear brakes | Goodridge braided hoses | BBS RX228s | Shortshifter | Lupo wipers | Uprated headlight loom | All red rears | Refreshed leather | Fresh paint |

£200 is about the going rate for a thorough detail I'd say.

Any more than that and you are looking at like '95% correction detail'.

As above, I think the going rate for an "Enhancement Detail" is about £195.
