Water pump again ?
« on: 07 January 2013, 18:34 »
I've had my car parked in my garage last couple of days, when I pulled the car out this morning to take to the body shop to repaint my bonnet I noticed a pool of water on the garage floor under where the engine was, will check the levels and keep an eye on it when I pick it up
New one has been fitted about 6 months now so even if the car is now out of warranty, am i right at thinking that the pump that has been fitted will have a 12 month warranty ?

Makes me want to scratch my itch even more now, been pondering over either one of these over the past couple of months

Yes it will have a 2 year parts warranty Neil so providing it is related to the original things that we replaced.

^^I've never had that much condensate from my air con even in summer.

Have you checked to see that a pipe hasn't come adrift with one of the clips working loose?

I had this on my Audi - confused me for a day then I looked a second time and could see it straight away!
