Conectivity issues with Hotmail servers? To outlook 2010?

Anyone have this type of error messages of late?
Error with send and recieve There was an error with sync your folder hierarchy. The network conection is unavalable or interupted Please try again later? :undecided:

fixed!
 PST OST files corrupted deleted them and refresh outlook connect  seems to do the trick!

Weird its only started to do this after a month of a fresh install?

Just tried POP3 and have a simular issue saying internal error whats going on today?
